Just what you needed, right? Yes.

One of our favorite experiences while camping is sitting around the fire and making s’mores. S’mores are always a hit with the kids!

At our house, we frequently have a fire burning near our picnic area. So, S’mores are a regular feature during summer family get-togethers.

A word to the wise: those really ginormous marshmallows? Not a good idea. Of course, that’s just my opinion – but from experience I can tell you that they were so big that when roasted they were sooo messy for the kids to eat. Not to mention you could only eat a couple before feeling sick.

This year when you go camping, why not try a twist on the classic recipe along with your traditional S’mores? Or maybe five?
